Who is Spiritual Direction for?

If you’re longing for a deeper connection with God, you’re not alone. Whether you're just beginning to explore your faith, navigating a season of spiritual change, or walking a well-worn path, spiritual direction offers a sacred space to pause, reflect, and listen for the voice of the Spirit in your life.

Spiritual direction is for anyone, not just the devout or the certain. It's especially helpful during times of transition, when you're discerning a big decision, feeling spiritually dry, or simply sensing the nudge toward something more.

When you meet with me, we’ll sit together once a month—either in person or online. We’ll begin with an introductory session to see if we’re a good fit. From there, each session unfolds gently and prayerfully, often including silence, reflection, and deep listening.

This isn’t about fixing or teaching—it’s about accompanying. My role is to journey alongside you, helping you notice and respond to the movement of the Spirit in your everyday life.

Over time, these conversations can open space for insight, healing, and a more grounded, vibrant faith.

A Bit About Me

I’m currently in my final year of formation with Spiritual Growth Ministries, and I bring over 30 years of experience in youth ministry and community development. I've followed Jesus for 35 years now—through both mountaintops and dark valleys—and I’m still being shaped by the journey.

I’m also a proud member of Spiritual Directors International (SDI), a global network committed to deep listening across many traditions.
